A ETA project is a container in which all the artefacts pertaining to a project, that is, collectionsA collection is a container for storing and organising ingested files and documents. Only the textual content is stored in collections, not the original files and documents., networksA network is a visual summary, generated by ETA, of the information in one or more documents. and configurations, are stored.
Note: You can only view and edit projects and the artefacts within them if you have sufficient permission to do so.
To open a project:

Note: You can also click Open a Project at the top left of the screen then click Create Project, or click Browse all projects then, under the list of projects, click Create a Project.
Note: The only permission you can apply here is access to the project. Once you have created the project you can apply other permissions.
The users and groups with access to the project are listed under ‘Security’.
The project is opened on the dashboard. You can now add a collection to the project (see Getting started).
If you have opened a project and want to open a different project, you can do so without having to navigate to the ETA Home screen first.
To change to another project:
ETA enables you to copy entire project (that is, the documents and configurations) or copy the configurations only.
To copy a project:
The copy is added to the list of projects.
ETA projects have the extension sxproj.
To import a project:

Details about the project are displayed.
The imported project is opened.
To export a project:
The project is exported to your Downloads folder.
Warning: When you delete a project you cannot undo the action. If you want to keep anything from the project, such as collections, networks or configurations, either export them or copy them to another project first.
To delete a project:
A message asks you to confirm that you want to delete all data and configurations.
