You need to wait until a session for your user role becomes available. You may want to advise the administrator of the shortage of sessions.
A session begins when a user logs in to ETA and ends when they log out. Your ETA license determines the number of sessions that can be run concurrently for each user role (Configure, Analyst and Investigator).
Investigator is the lowest access role and Configure is the highest. If there are no available sessions for a lower access role but one is available for a higher access role, the session for the higher access role is automatically used to enable the user to log in. For example, if you are an Analyst and all of the Analyst sessions are in use but a Configure session is available, ETA will automatically allocate the Configure session to you to enable you to login.
Only if you have created identical login credentials for them. ETA and Lotus are completely separate systems so you should use different login credentials for them. ETA is installed locally. Lotus is an online application.
If you want to log in to one of our online demonstration sites (for example, au-demo.ETA.net), use your Lotus login credentials.
